Acu30 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using the acu30 platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the acu30 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and the operator of the acu30 platform. They apply to all users regardless of how the platform is accessed — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other digital medium.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use the acu30 platform. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. acu30 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
You agree to use the acu30 platform for lawful purposes only. The platform must not be used for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any conduct that could compromise the integrity of the platform. Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or abuse our systems is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Acu30 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals or when suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Use of the acu30 platform is subject to the following rules, which all users must comply with at all times:
- You may not use automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to interact with the platform without prior written consent from acu30.
- Collusion, match manipulation, or any form of fraud involving more than one account is strictly prohibited.
- You may not transfer or share your account with any other party. Accounts are for the sole use of the registered owner.
- Using a VPN or any technology to mask your actual location while accessing the platform may result in your account being suspended for further review.
- Acu30 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any game or platform feature at any time for technical or operational reasons, without prior notice.
The acu30 platform operates entirely online, and all games use certified random number generator (RNG) systems to ensure fairness. Completed game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed, except in cases of clear and demonstrable technical error.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the acu30 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The following terms apply to deposits, withdrawals, and fund management:
Deposits
Acu30 accepts deposits via local Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go, Boost, and online bank transfers. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. acu30 does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals will be processed upon completion of identity verification. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change. Processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the selected method and amount requested. acu30 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security verification purposes.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods as specified at the time of the claim. These conditions form part of the platform's overall terms. Winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawable until all wagering requirements have been fully met. acu30 reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through suspected fraudulent means.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Acu30 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform. The platform is provided "as is" and acu30 makes no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. To the extent permitted by law, acu30's maximum total liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Acu30 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, system manipulation, submission of false information, or upon instruction from a relevant authority. Any balance in a suspended account will be held pending investigation, and acu30's decision in such matters is final.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team.
All content on the acu30 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of acu30 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.
The acu30 platform may contain links to third-party services. acu30 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services.
Acu30 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Malaysian law governs all disputes arising from this document.
